Civic Technology and Governance Tools

Project Abhaya's civic technology portfolio is designed to make governance more transparent, accessible, and accountable. Our tools are grounded in the specific legal, institutional, and civic contexts of Nepal's federal governance system and are co-developed with community users, municipal partners, and governance researchers.

The tool is grounded in Project Abhaya's primary research on digital harassment patterns in Nepal and aligns with the recommendations of the Digital Violence Against Women Report.
